§ 122-15. Waste and garbage disposal.

  • A. 
    All waste from showers, toilets, laundries, faucets and lavatories shall be wasted into a disposal system whose design, capacity, construction and operation are approved by the Cattaraugus County Health Department.
    B. 
    Each independent house trailer space shall be supplied with a satisfactory sewer connection approved by the Cattaraugus County Health Department.
    C. 
    All plumbing in the house trailer camp shall be installed and maintained in accordance with standards approved by the Cattaraugus County Health Department and all applicable state and local laws and regulations.
    D. 
    The storage, collection and disposal of refuse and garbage in the camp shall be so managed as to create no health or accident hazard, rodent harborage, insect breeding areas, or pollution of air or water, and each trailer camp shall provide sufficient equipment to prevent littering of the ground and premises with refuse and garbage, and shall provide flytight, watertight, and rodent-proof containers at conspicuous locations in and about such premises. Such depositories shall be kept at all time in a clean and sanitary condition.
    E. 
    No house trailer shall be located more than 100 feet from a depository meeting the above requirements.
    F. 
    All garbage, refuse, rubbish and the like shall be collected and removed from the said premises by the owner and operator of the trailer camp at least once weekly, and more often if required to maintain sanitary conditions.
    G. 
    All rodent control measures to safeguard public health as recommended by the Cattaraugus County Health Department shall be applied in the trailer camp.
