§ 122-8. Permit for vacation trailer.

Vacation trailers, as defined in § 122-2 of this chapter, may be parked upon the premises of private one- or two-family dwellings outside licensed trailer camps upon the following terms:A.No more than one vacation trailer may be parked upon any one parcel.B.No such house trailer may be parked for a period of longer than 15 consecutive days in the same location, nor may the same house trailer or any other house trailer owner or occupied by the same person, be parked anywhere in that portion of the Town of Little Valley outside any incorporated village, for a total of more than 30 days in any calendar year under a vacation trailer permit or permits.C.The occupants of such house trailer must be the guests of the owner of the property on which the same is parked, and no charge may be made for parking or for any facility used by the occupants of such house trailer.D.Such house trailer must be so parked that it is located no nearer to the center of any public highway than the nearest permanent residential structure on the same or adjoining premises, and in no event nearer than 75 feet to said center, nor nearer than 50 feet to the nearest boundary of said highway, and not less than 15 feet from the nearest boundary of the parcel on which parked.E.The owner or occupant of such house trailer shall obtain a vacation trailer permit within 24 hours after such occupation begins.F.Any such permit may be refused, or if granted may be revoked, by the Town Board if such occupancy is or becomes objectionable.G.Any house trailer for which a vacation trailer permit is required or for which a vacation trailer permit has been issued which is not removed from the Town at the expiration of any period of occupancy shall not be deemed to be stored so as to remove it from regulation under this chapter if such house trailer is actually occupied by any person at any time within 30 days after the expiration of such prior occupancy.
